Position Summary
- Responsible for the execution elements of the strategy for Shop & Earn and other MVP customer loyalty programs
- Implements campaign program elements and submits briefs for creative development of all self-funded loyalty multi-channel targeted/personalized campaigns
- Execution of segmentation specific Customer Loyalty campaign initiatives with alignment of strategy from campaign development manager
- Serves as key liaison between internal departments and external execution channel partners to ensure all project requirements are met and executed according to the established timelines
- Shared Responsibility of Email channel creative and tactical execution with Campaign Development manager
Principle Duites and Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of Loyalty personalization campaigns and Shop & Earn, including offer management and communication, behavior-based personalization, and review of performance analysis
- Lead the relationship between external agencies (Email, SMS, in-store Kiosk, Direct Mail, Catalina, E-commerce) for execution of loyalty programs through all channels and ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Interact and drive alignment with other banners, channel leaders, operations, merchandising, marketing, consumer relations, IT, and ADUSA teams to execute and deliver a premier customer experience across our brand network
- Oversee creative submission and approval and proofing/testing of monthly and weekly email initiatives to ensure deliverables meet strategy, banner goals, and KPIs
- Manage invoices and balance a $90M+ coupon and production budget, contract accruals and invoicing with regards to agencies and third-party vendors, including budget forecast/planning and strategic planning of budget
- Partner with Retail Training and Operations to implement Shop & Earn and support executional excellence at store associate level
- Utilize consumer insights and DiPLA to ensure customer value growth to drive engagement, retention and grow customer visit frequency and basket size to match ROI and budget targets, and continuously refine campaigns
- Monitor competitor events and Loyalty programs and execute campaigns in order to retain customers and mitigate sales loss
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- 2- 3 years business data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Strategic and creative brief writing experience
- Working knowledge of retail food industry, store operations and marketing
- Understanding of retail food industry and loyalty programs that garner increased brand strength and positioning
- Practical experience in the development and implementation of new campaigns - strong ability to communicate ideas to management team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with financial planning and budgeting
- Working knowledge of retail food industry, store operations and marketing
- Ability to professionally perform multimedia sales presentations
