About the Role Join a fast‑moving, high‑impact logistics team that keeps our supply chain running smoothly from vendor to distribution center. As a
Logistics Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our Customer Pickup (CPU) operations - optimizing freight, collaborating with vendors and carriers, and driving improvements that reduce cost and enhance service. What You'll Do You'll play a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate freight movement by:
Customer Pickup Optimization & Coordination - Analyze daily CPU loads for optimization opportunities and tender freight to carriers.
- Verify PO notifications from CRP vendors and ensure accuracy of orders, weights, dates, and pickup locations.
- Communicate with vendors and Inventory Analysts to resolve missing or incorrect transmissions.
- Consolidate PO numbers, adjust order weights, and modify pickup schedules to support cost‑saving programs and freight efficiencies.
- Partner with vendors and analysts to adjust order dates and expedite urgent orders when needed - sometimes even same‑day pickup.
- Consolidate retail store orders onto deliveries with the goal of on time delivery, minimized miles and maximized cube goals.
- Review daily salvage and reclaim pick-ups to plan for only full-truck moves as possible through the network and ensure our best support of retail operations.
Carrier, Vendor, Retail & DC Support - Work closely with vendor shipping teams to ensure timely loading and reduce detention.
- Communicate with private fleet to improve on‑time performance and resolve operational issues.
- Send daily late‑load reports to buyers, Logistics, and DC teams.
- Assist DCs with missing bills, envelope requests, and documentation for carrier billing.
- Coordinate with our warehouse teams to account for any additional pallet space or last minute shipping requests.
- Receive and process retail requests including receiving all required approvals.
Analysis, Collaboration & Special Projects - Serve as a liaison across Distribution, Transportation, Category Management, and Replenishment.
- Execute transfers and rush deliveries when requested.
- Assist with schedule changes, reset stores, order poll monitoring and other additional tasks.
- Support disaster recovery operations during weather or natural disaster events.
What You Bring Knowledge - Familiarity with trucking, distribution, logistics, or replenishment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement/merchandising, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience with systems such as SEGA, DSS, LlamaSoft, WMS, PFT, Inforem, Tableau, Revionics, and MSP is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
