WHAT WE OFFER:

As a team member, you will join an innovative, growing company that knows people are our most valuable asset. Currently, our normal work schedule is 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (2:30pm-11:00pm), however, there will be times when overtime is required. You will earn a competitive salary with benefits that include healthcare, matching 401K and paid vacation. You will work in a clean, open manufacturing environment with other quality team members.

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

The Operator, through a multi-step manufacturing process, is responsible for building the mold assembly, prep, coat, and package a quality product in a safe and efficient manner, following company standards.

TASKS: Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Manual assembly and disassembly of molds and mold rails.

  • Placing molds in, and removing molds from, machines.

  • Inject polyurethane foam into molds.

  • Applying coatings on the production line/finishing line, monitoring progress.

  • Printing information on products.

  • Stacking finished products, palletizing panels and wrapping protective material around panels or pallets.

  • Assembling multiple products to prepare for product packing.

  • Moving products, such as wall panels or molds, by forklift, hoist and/or manually lifting components.

  • Assisting in receiving materials and shipping products; loading and unloading from trucks.

  • Helping to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

  • Communicating with supervisors and team members in person - Listening to instructions, following instructions, identifying and solving production issues, and ensuring quality production.

  • Being adaptable and flexible helps achieve production goals

Education & Experience:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Be able and willing to work in a 2nd shift schedule of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week from 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. and occasional times when overtime is required.

Preferred:

  • Some manufacturing work experience

In addition, successful candidate must meet the following physical qualifications, with or without accommodation:

  • Performing general physical activities - Using arms and legs, walking, stooping, handling materials.

  • Lifting parts up to 50 pounds.

  • Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

  • Standing for long periods of time.

  • Working in an unconditioned space.
