Position Summary

Provide administrative assistance to the Fresh Category, Merchandising & Pricing (CMP) teams. Assist in the workflow management of item setup, managing paperwork flow, filing, scheduling, running of reports, ad/signage gridding and proofing, banner communication coordination, and data entry. Responsible for delivery of completed tasks that reflect a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Principle Duties And Responsibilities

  • Schedule and run reports
    • DSS
    • Control D
    • MSP
    • Assist in the response required for VOR retail questions.
    • Assist in the following processes across all Fresh departments:
    • Complete all ad and signage data input, to include, but not be limited to - Pricing support specific for Fresh only:
    • MSP Gridding
    • Data Entry of all Retail Prices
    • Ad Proofing (descriptions and price)
    • Tracking of competitor retails
    • Prioritize multiple tasks based on CMP needs.
    • Enter monthly shrink accruals in SEGA
    • Perform item maintenance in MSP (parities)
    • Act in a manner that motivates peers and reflects an acceptance of change and growth.
    • Contribute ideas to support a continuous improvement culture.
    • Act as an informal resource for associates with less experience.
    • Participate in special projects to support the CMP team as needed.

    Basic Qualifications

    Working level of knowledge of company, business and industry practices

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with the following computer programs: Microsoft Office, SEGA, DSS, ICPAS, Revionics, MSP

    Education

    • High School Diploma

    Experience

    • Experience working in a professional or retail environment
