Help us drive energy transformation by performing system inspections while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Receiving inventory and production supplies accurately and efficiently into IFS, unloading delivery trucks and checking incoming shipments against product packing lists, coordinating and storing shipments in the warehouse, and working with Purchasing and/or Finance when issues come up with incoming shipments and/or paperwork.

Receiving Coordinator - 1st shift schedule 7:00am - 3:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Counts, weighs or measures incoming items to compare identifying information and variety against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records
- Examines incoming shipments for damage or shortages and corresponds with shipper to resolve; completes paperwork or forms required for documentation
- Works with Purchasing to accurate shipment or paperwork errors to product can be received in a timely manner in IFS
- Works with Finance to fix any receiving/invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
- Scan and maintain all packing slips daily
- Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies to move stock or reorganize storage
- Pull parts for the line and pull it to the line
- Daily report on parts not received, supplier problems
- Participates in 5S activities within the warehouse and outside storage areas
- Performs cycle counts of inventory and non-inventory items as requested utilizing hand counts or weight counts
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Credentials and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ year experience in a warehouse environment
Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to work in high, precarious places and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Physical Demands:
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit.
