Parks and Recreation Part Attendant

Part Time

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance of Facilities: Park attendants oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of park facilities, including restrooms, picnic areas, and recreational equipment. They perform routine cleaning and repairs as needed.
Safety and Security: They monitor park areas to ensure the safety of visitors and compliance with park rules. This includes preventing damage to property and addressing any disturbances or unusual conditions.
Visitor Assistance: Park attendants assist visitors by providing information about park amenities, guiding them to various facilities, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Enforcement of Rules: They enforce park regulations to maintain order and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. This may involve checking for unauthorized access and managing the use of facilities.
Emergency Response: In case of emergencies, park attendants may administer first aid and coordinate with emergency services if necessary.
