We offer a multidisciplinary treatment approach to childhood obesity for children ages 2 to 17 years. Our specialized team includes medical providers, dieticians, LCSW, and physical therapy. Together, we deliver advanced treatment options including intensive health behavioral lifestyle therapy, anti-obesity medications, and bariatric surgery. We work together to empower the whole family to achieve a healthier future.
Position Highlights Include:
- Full-time Opportunity
- High-volume outpatient clinic
- Patient scale of 10-15 daily
- Clinic Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
- Identify and treat underlying causes of obesity
- Identify and treat comorbidities related to obesity
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to delivery high quality care

Preferred candidates will have training in motivational interviewing, be adept at caring for medically complex patients, and be willing to work with community partners in support of outreach activities. Fluent Spanish preferred but not required.

Atrium Health Levine Children’s Healthy Futures, located in Kannapolis, NC, is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PNP, PA, FNP) with 3-5 years’ experience in pediatrics (primary care experience preferred but not required).
