Job Summary
This position includes safely loading and unloading all bulk shipments, ensures line-up is correct before materials are transferred. Following all safety, DOT and OSHA rules and procedures at all times.

Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safely loading and unloading all bulk shipments
• Maintain clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety rules and regulations, including the use of appropriate PPE at all times

• As required, initiate, and participate in company near-miss and Journey to Zero Harm programs
• Labels and placards containers in accordance with company policy and government regulations
• Follow OSHA, DOT and Innospec safety rules and procedures at all times
• Ensures line-up are correct before materials are transferred including having double sign off by another employee that the line-up is correct.
• Complete required paperwork, such as bills of lading, and checksheets
• Understand and consistently apply all customer and company quality standards

Experience

• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Previous Bulk loading and unloading experience is preferred
• Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing
• Basic reading skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
• Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task
• Exceptional attendance and work ethic
• Willing to learn SAP
• The ability to safely operate Powered Industrial Truck (forklift).
• Knowledge of DOT is a p;us
